Warning: I Will Fact Check You

With our current political, media, and social network climates: fact checking is paramount.
I love playing the fact check game. It's quite simple really: find the source closest to primary, check and adjust for bias, and when possible use multiple separate sources. Numbers, dates, etc. are the easiest to check, but various facts go into forming an educated opinion on each subject.

How Do You Fact Check?

Whether you prefer to play devil's advocate or simply like spreading truth and fact, carry on spreading thoughtful fact checking! Our world needs, now more than ever, to have thoughtful discussions based with sound, agreed-upon premises and accurate, factual data.
This design can be purchased from the RedPress Shop in the form of a sticker, notebook, draw-sting bag, or various apparel. Sip out of a mug with this design as you eye an opinionated fallacy spreader, and start a blooming discussion (company and setting permitting, and always civil, of course).

Positive & Constructive Statements

Positive and constructive statements are more helpful than yelling and demanding. Disciplinary yelling does have it's place, but logic and confidence last longer and truly prevail if used alongside those rules.
While working with children I do my best to redirect, give positive alternatives, and be longevinous with my suggestions and solutions. This works with adults, too. A simple, "let's be nice" or "say why your mad, not just that you're mad" can go a long way in helping someone better communicate with those around them.
Check out the Red Press Threadless shop for this design and many others on a wide variety of apparel, home products, and accessories.

You Can't Buy Happiness

Sometimes a little bit of humor goes a long way in starting a hard conversation about how sometimes we need a bit of medical and chemical help to reach our happiness.
We all use drugs from time to time for all our aches and pains. Sometimes our pains are harder to define, but they probably make a med for that, too. It's important to remember that meds are tools utilized by medical professionals to help us get to where we need to be. Let's celebrate science and our personal breakthroughs, but also recognize the help we sometimes need to get to where we want to be.

What's Your Happiness?

Whether you need a funny shirt, a cute tapestry, a conversation starting pillow, a medication notebook, or a diary for your everyday thoughts: Threadless has a variety of products to fit with your happiness. Check out the Red Press corner of Threadless, too.

No Worries: I Got This!

This is a very common saying in my house. "You've got this" and "I've got this" are excellent ways to boost confidence when a little wary.

Shirts & Tapestries

I really like the motion and slant of this design, as well as the simplicity. This design goes well on both apparel and as a tapestry or poster. It looks adorable on kids and empowering on adults. I'm also really excited that Threadless has a tapestry option. I really like the tapestry option that is about 3' x 2' and under $22.

A Bright, Happy Green

The background of the tapestry is a bright green. To me this color represents concepts as simple as "green means go" and positive forward motion, but also is a bright, happy color full of child-like energy. I am really looking forward to having a bright green banner with this design. I might put it in our extra room where kids staying with us sleep and play.
